Adam Bishop, a chef & passionate foodie from way back!

Throughout his 16 years in the industry, Adam has worked in leading restaurants and functions centers throughout Adelaide and Sydney. He now runs his own catering business 'Instyle Catering' and is recognised as one of South Australia’s best wedding caterers.

Our range of products derived from a selection of our Instyle Catering menu options (which Adam operates) … Time & time again, guests at our weddings/functions would comment on our salt & pepper squid and its accompanying dipping sauce. So much so I thought to myself, 'I have to find a way to develop these items, and package them so that I can make the products available to anyone, not just people attending our catered weddings/functions'….

And that’s how the products & the Passionate Foodie brand began…..Right away, I started thinking about other products I could develop for the range, that guests/clients always commented on. My candied balsamic and infused oils (which we also use as a garnishing oil – due to their bright & natural colour), were definitely a crowd pleaser….. So, we started to develop & bottle those products to add to the range…

We currently have 21 different tried & tested products in the range.
